Who we are
Golf App Partners is a product of Golf App Partners LLC. We provide reciprocal tee-time booking software to private golf clubs and their members.
What we collect
For members: name, club member number, email, phone (optional), and your reciprocal booking history. For staff: name and email. We collect this from your club's roster and from your use of the platform.
How we use it
To operate reciprocal booking — routing requests to partner clubs, confirming tee times, sending transactional emails (confirmations, reminders), and producing analytics for your club. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Data ownership
Your club owns its roster data. Members' contact details and booking records belong to the originating club, which controls additions, corrections, and removals. We process this data on the club's behalf.
Sharing
When you request reciprocal play, the partner club's pro shop sees the information needed to host you (name, member number, group size, and tee time). Email is sent through our transactional email provider. We do not share data otherwise except as required by law.
Retention & security
Records are retained for as long as your club uses the platform and as needed for booking history and analytics. Access is protected by per-club isolation and row-level security; staff only see data for clubs they belong to.
Your choices
Manage email preferences in your member profile. To correct your name or member number, use “Request a correction,” which notifies your club's staff. For data questions, contact your club or us at hello@golfapppartners.com.
