Acceptance
By accessing Golf App Partners you agree to these terms. The platform is provided to private golf clubs under a separate club agreement and to their authorized members and staff.
Accounts
Members sign in with their club member number or email; staff sign in with email and a club-issued join code. Keep your credentials private — you're responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the platform only to request and manage reciprocal play you're entitled to. Don't misrepresent your identity, book on behalf of ineligible players, or attempt to access other clubs' private data.
Reciprocal play
A request is not a confirmed booking until a host club confirms a tee time. Clubs set their own pricing, windows, dress codes, daily caps, and reciprocal seasons. Confirmed bookings can be cancelled by the member or by staff; repeated no-shows may be recorded by host clubs.
Club agreement & data
Each club owns and controls its roster data and is responsible for the accuracy of member records it uploads. Golf App Partners LLC processes data on the club's behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability & liability
The platform is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we aren't liable for a host club's on-course decisions, pricing, or course conditions.
